Winlink IP & Serial Data Storage Software
Winlink IP & Serial Data Storage Software is the ultimate software for capturing serial data from any device. Popular applications include: call detail recording, traffic, ACD and switch maintenance codes, hotel billing call record merge, fax logs and emergency notification. The IP connection mode allows Winlink to connect to any remote device via IP address or SQL Server.
Winlink can monitor any emergency or alarm condition and instantly alert the screen or submit an email to authorized personnel. Calls to emergency services (i.e. 911) can be identified immediately. The calling party will instantly be identified.
If data activity is vital, Winlink will watch for inactivity and take action during a prolonged period of no data.
Winlink can be used as a simple logger or integrated with any application including:
Call Accounting, ACD, Traffic Reporting, Alarm Monitor. Utilize sentinel files, forward file, e-mail, DDE/OLE or FTP to access logged data.

The more elaborate MultiLink IP & Serial Data Storage Software module allows you to open any number of connections. This is useful in environments that need to collect data from multiple sources (i.e. HOBIC merge).
Winlink FTP Server
This module gives any workstation the power to be a host FTP Server. Special privileges may be defined for authorized access. FTP Server is the most efficient, rapid way of transporting large amounts of data across a LAN/WAN environment. You may have any number of FTP Server sites. The software uses standard FTP commands and can be accessed through RSI applications (i.e. call accounting) or any popular FTP software.
