Nortel Networks Offers New Configuration Tool on Norstar Key Systems to Channel Partners, Simplifying the Sales Process
DALLAS –– Nortel Networks* [NYSE/TSE: NT] today announced the addition of SalesPro for the Norstar to the Nortel Networks Symposium* Partners Program. SalesPro for the Norstar, by Revolution Software, Inc., is a configuration and pricing tool for Norstar* key systems available from Nortel Networks. This solution is designed to dramatically improve efficiency and reduce configuration complexities for Nortel Network’s channel partners.
The Nortel Networks Symposium Partners Program offers enterprise customers a comprehensive set of customer care solutions such as call centers, and other communications solutions available through its channel partners. Through this program, Nortel Networks carefully selects third-party products developed by members of its Business Affiliates Program which consists of leading technology companies including software application developers, value-added resellers and system integrators that work closely with Nortel Networks’ customers and distributors. Each product chosen exhibits features and capabilities strategic for enterprise customers and is verified for compatibility with Nortel Networks’ products.
By purchasing SalesPro for the Norstar, Nortel Networks’ channel partners can realize significant savings annually through the built-in system analysis eliminating costly oversights and mistakes in system configurations. Once the optimal customer configuration is identified, SalesPro will generate the required proposals, contracts and parts lists quickly and easily.
