Calling name and number may be linked to a contact management system for immediate access of customer data. First time callers can be added automatically to popular contact management database applications.
tools for norstar Screen Pops will integrate with many popular applications including: Maximizer, GoldMine, Act!, and TeleMagic. Connectivity is achieved through a single Norstar CTA device on any Windows 95/98, NT networked system.
