NEWS RELEASE

RSI announces call accounting IP integration with Samsung’s elite family of Business Communications products

Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI) is a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of a complete line of communications management solutions (CMS). RSI now offers a tailored set of call logging components exclusively for the Samsung iDCS product family. This new mechanism of interoperability provides seamless and dynamic IP integration for real time data collection and monitoring of voice and data calls.

The RSI Winlink IP & Data Storage software can be configured in seconds to accept data via the IP port employed by the Samsung iDCS for call accounting, ACD or traffic data. The data is deposited directly into our call management folder for further processing.

RSI has a unique approach to data collection and translation. We collect data from various sources to a centralized database. The call detail recording (CDR) data is translated using special software drivers that can be dynamically modified and tailored to customer needs.

RSI consolidates the records into a standard database for ad hoc queries, graphing and reporting. Our job scheduler can send reports to various output formats, provide email notification and automated delivery.

Information about RSI, its products and the company's maintenance program can be found on the World Wide Web at http://www.telecost.com.
