RSI Supports Call Detail Recording on Mitel ICP platforms.
OSHAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA - September 3, 2003 - Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI) announced today its lead call management solutions Telecost/Shadow CMS and Revolution Call Accounting support Mitel 3100 ICP and Mitel 3300 ICP.
This protocol allows RSI communications management solutions to reliably collect usage data from Mitel ICP telephony switches over data networks.
