RSI Supports  Call Detail Recording on Mitel ICP platforms.

OSHAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA - September 3, 2003 - Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI) announced today its lead call management solutions Telecost/Shadow CMS and Revolution Call Accounting support Mitel 3100 ICP and Mitel 3300 ICP.

This  protocol allows RSI communications management solutions to reliably collect usage data from Mitel ICP telephony switches over data networks. This new socket method of data collection is more reliable and cost effective.  RSI is constantly evolving its solutions to better meet the needs of its customers as they migrate systems to VoIP.  

Shadow CMS (or Telecost CMS) Voice & Data Management  is a powerful system that facilitates communications management from various telephone systems and IP switches.  Modules include call accounting, hotel billing, guest tracking, traffic analysis, ACD reporting and web call management.
