RSI becomes a CISCO AVVID Partner
OSHAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA - January 10, 2002 - Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI) announced today the successful integration of call management solutions for Cisco Call Manager series. RSI has been granted Cisco AVVID Partner Status.
Resource Software International president Rito Salomone stated, "we are proud to be recognized as a Cisco AVVID Partner. RSI will deliver call management solutions to all industry sections including: professional, hospitality, shared tenant and general business environments. We provide unique applications that communicate seamlessly with Cisco Call Manager. These compliant solutions include Telecost CMS, Shadow CMS and Revolution Call Accounting. " We will position these solutions with Cisco Call Manager implementations."
Shadow CMS (or Telecost CMS) is a powerful system that facilitates communications management from various telephone systems and IP switches. Modules include call accounting, hotel billing, guest tracking, traffic analysis, ACD reporting and web call management. The system is completely scaleable from a small office to a global multi-site environment. Data collection is facilitated through our Winlink IP & Serial Data Storage module for Cisco Call Manager.
