Multi-switch Visual Rapport for Nortel BCM and Norstar LAN CTE Unveiled.
November 17, 2005 - Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI) announced today that its new general release of RSI Visual Rapport for Nortel BCM and Norstar using LAN CTE will ship November 28, 2005.
This latest release of Visual Rapport will provide multi-switch support. This will enable users to communicate via instant messaging with users on another switch (node).
Visual Rapport provides elaborate middleware support for desktop dialing, instant messaging, file transfer, employee statuses and screen pop. The application provides custom scripts to allow for screen pop integration with virtually all databases and CRM solutions. Visual Rapport already integrates with Act!, SalesLogix, Maximizer, Goldmine, Outlook and countless other products.
