RSI To Exhibit at Nortel Distributor Alliance Council (DAC) Conference Fall 2007

Oshawa, Ontario – September 3, 2007 – Resource Software International Ltd. (RSI), a leading developer of communication management solutions for every enterprise, will exhibit at the Nortel North America DAC Conference Spring 2007. The DAC Conference will be held in Toronto, Canada September 17 – 20, 2007.

The event will bring together many of the 700 members representing more than 100 Nortel distributor companies. The DAC is a forum of Nortel authorized partners and Nortel employees, working to leverage the powerful synergy across Nortel comprehensive Enterprise Solution set. What is CDR?

    CDR is an abbreviation for the term Call Detail Recording. It is the data that is submitted by your telephone system to a collection device linked to your call accounting package. The data contains particular information about every telephone call including date, time, duration, digits dialed and trunk line. Often the term SMDR (Station Message Detail Recording is used interchangeably with CDR). The "raw" information is generally interpreted and translated into a database for real time or scheduled processing and reporting.
