(RSI) announced today their general release of a new suite of computer-telephony integration solutions for the Nortel Networks Enterprise Edge. This announcement comes on the heels of RSI being awarded Nortel Networks Premier Business Affiliate status and a recent announcement of new solutions for Nortel Networks Norstar.
tools on the edge is a complete spectrum of applications designed for use with the new IP (Internet Protocol) communications system for small and medium businesses.
