is a desktop dialing, real time employee telephone status, instant
messaging, email, screen pop, call logging and file transfer all under
one roof. Visual Rapport seamlessly integrates various communication
access points under one umbrella providing real time business
productivity.
Revolution Web Call Accounting
is a robust solution that can be used in institutions such as
offices, hospitals, universities and organizations that need
to allocate telecom costs to various individuals, departments or
cost centers. It can also be used to monitor telephone productivity
of each employee in the company.
Shadow
CMS
Management of telephone charges, equipment fees, VoIP traffic, internet
usage, and provider discounts is a difficult task. Shadow CMS provides
the necessary call management tools to allow administrators to forecast, monitor and
